A liter of perfect rose! Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Vines are planted at the foot of the Luberon Mountain on hillside parcels giving a cooling effect to the vineyards, which, when combined with the limestone and sandy marl soils, helps retain natural acidity. All the grapes are hand harvested, and fermentations are with native yeast.

Tasting notes: Peach and apricot with robust minerality with a dash of floral tones. Refreshing and smooth.
