Rossore, 100% Barbera, was Fabrizio's first wine. The name refers to the red flush on one's cheeks after drinking it.   Aged in large Slavonian oak casks for 24 months, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.The result is a wine with a ripe, chocolately nose followed by a palate packed with flavor, ripeness and underlying acidity and tannin.
